Unhappy HELP?

So I recently bought a 2001 PT Cruiser and it was working fine for the first two months. Now all of a sudden it started acting up. The car would jerk when I go passed 3000 RPMS and would stall randomly. The RPMs will go all over the place until it stalled out then go back to zero. Also when trying to start up again it will jerk when started or just turn over and not start at all.
I took a code reader to it and the code P1391 came up. I replaced the Camshaft sensor and the Crankshaft sensor and after it was replaced it ran good for about maybe ten fifteen minutes and the engine light popped back on (with same code), started jerking, and came to a complete stall. I don't know what is going on with the car and I really don't have the money to take it to a mechanic and it's my only vehicle. I don't understand what could be causing this to happen. I need help so I can fix it.. Anyone out there that can PLEASE help me???

Our PT's do not care for aftermarket sensors. Maybe that is some of your problems. They like OEM's much better.
