Dyno Trip #3, (200.9 hp & 244 tq) @ the wheels!
I have been having clutch problems for the past 5 weeks or so and have been stuck at 8 psi boost. The replacement clutch, would not hold over 8 psi in 4th and 5th gears. The stock clutch did better than that! The second clutch disk seems to be OK.
I resolved that problem and couldn't wait to try the beast again. The clutch needs a break-in period, but the dyno run is done from a 35 mph roll, in third gear, so there's no shifting. Other than holding the power, the clutch was not used. This is fairly early in my Hahn RaceCraft turbo kit development. I am at a Stage II.5, if that makes any sense. I have installed a very large intercooler on a stage I kit, and 3" exhaust from engine to tail pipe. This PT still clocks 24+ MPG on the highway so I haven't given up much there.
