Default Re: Oil Pressure Sender/Sensor Info

I replaced the oil pressure sending unit in my 2003 GT turbo, and it was easy. I looked at my wife's 2007, and found it was not accessible from under the car. there are extra frame members, and oil coolers blocking access. You can't even see the sending unit from under the car, and no room for your arms! I will try from above by removing air box and fuse box. The old socket I purchased from the dealer when I bought the sending unit for the GT doesn't fit the 2007 sending unit, so I bought a 1 1/16" deep socket which was perfect.
