03 misfire issue

Cool 03 misfire issue

Hoping for some help here...

Started up, really rough idle, sputtered and died. Pulled codes 1188 and 352. Replace ignition coil, spark plugs, and wires. No improvement.

Codes still show same, so figured I'd try the actual reader. When the reader's plugged into the diagnostic port, ASD blows as soon as the car starts. No diagnostic plug, starts but idles so rough it feels like running on only 2 cyliders.

Thinking it's electrical. Seems to have happened to a few here, and would love any ideas/input/suggestions!
