Question power steering low pressure hose blowing off

I lost the power steering on Tuesday, I took it to the dealer Wednesday morning and they said my low pressure return hose was bad and replaced it. Friday when I started it the pump started whining and the fluid started pouring out under the car, I took it back and they said part of the old hose was still on there and that caused it to blow of again. they fixed it at no charge, Monday morning when I started it, the pump started whining again and the hose blew off again. The dealer is telling me now that the low pressure hose goes into my radiator and that is where it is coming off. they say I need a new radiator cause its plugged. In all my years and the many different cars I have owned I have never seen the power steering going thru the radiator. Does anyone know if this is true and maybe have some ideas what it might be that is causing this to happen.

Do you have a turbo Cruiser? The power steering fluid cooler is integrated into the radiator on turbocharged PT engines.

True, but the PS fluid never mixes with antifeeze, there is a separate coolant loop - the only way a new radiator would be needed is if the PS loop was somehow crushed inside, or a piece of the bad hose is blocking flow - but that wouldn't need a new radiator. HAve them blow compressed air thru the PS coolant loop - in the reverse direction of normal flow.

So I am assuming it is the line from the PS pump to the rad, not the line from the rad to the reservoir. I guess something could be blocking it. Maybe they can find a way to backflush it to clear it rather than put in a whole new rad.

I'm no expert, but, if they actually replaced the hose in the first place..how could there still be a "piece of the old hose" to come off again? Twice yet? I would be cautions of these characters! They either don't know what they are doing....OR are living up to the "STEALER" reputation...maybe BOTH
I had the same thing happen to my '01 caravan, low side hose split..a $10 piece, they called me and told me the modulator valve AND the power steering cooler were both leaking. There was an issue with some of the coolers leaking.
I knew instantly they were trying to rob me..
why? 1) I had already removed the steering cooler because it WAS leaking..I just bi-passed it.
2) I check my trans fluid regularly..it NEVER goes down.

So I asked them to recheck and tell me why they thought those two parts were leaking? They called me back in ten min and said "Those two parts ARE bad because they are covered in trans fluid, and it will cost $753 to fix it".
..HELLO! Of coarse they are covered in trans fluid...a friggin' hose just burst...I told them to replace the hose and NOT touch anything else. Cost me $10 for the hose & $106 for labor and diagnostic to find the problem.

I went to the service manager and asked how a part could leak if it wasn't even installed on the vehicle? He sorta stammered and said he would have a word with the tech....Ya....when pigs can fly....bunch of crooks...

Thanks everyone for the responses, I do have the turbo and they did a reverse flush and it was no good they say, still to much back pressure. So all in all after spending 250 for them to replace the hose the first time and on the third visit back for the same problem, 730 later and i have a new radiator. I am crossing my fingers that nothing else goes wrong with it for a while.

So after my last post. The hose has now blown off TWO more times. I am at a loss, and am so frustrated with this dealer. I'm starting to feel they ripped me off saying I needed a new radiator. Anyone have any suggestions on what might be the problem?

Are they telling you that there is still backpressure? Did they replace the return line from the rad to the reservoir? Maybe something blocking that or something in the reservoir blocking the inlet.
