Rattle from the rear

The rotor disk can be somewhat loose with the wheel removed but it should also be a snug fit at the center of the hub. With the wheel mounted and the lug nuts tight, there should be no slop or movement of the wheel or rotor disk when you rock them with the wheel up in the air on the jack. Do you notice any difference with the emergency/parking brake engaged or not? Is the parking brake cable pulling tight like it should when the handle inside is raised?

It may be a good idea to take the car to a local brake shop for a check. Those guys have seen every possible problem more than once.
