Air bags and new shocks could both be a possibility. Air bags, done by a number of the members on this forum, will cost in the neighborhood of 10 times the amount of new shocks so unless you have the cash to put out, I'd go for the new shocks. They are easy to put in yourself. Now if your looking for the lowered look that can be adjusted at will, the bags will certainly be the way to go.

Get a rear sway bar. An airbag setup will run you around $1,000.
