Ronal is a German made wheel. They've been in business for over 30 years and supplies OEM alloy wheels for Saab, Mercedes, BMW, Audi, VW, Porsche, GM, Ford, etc.

The pic of the wheel you posted is also popular for painting to one's tastes.
