Changing rims from 16 to 15

Is there any problems doing this ? I have an 01 with 16's and can't find a good rim within 100 miles for less then $145 but the 15" steel rims are new for $35 a shot.

is it a GT or a NA???? I had 15 on my touring 06 and went to 16s no problems but i read some thing about the calibers hitting the smaller wheels

He's got an 01 so no GT PT and yes stan6406, you can do it.

Its a touring I want to take off the 16's and put 15's on it

does anyone know off hand how much the stock 16in chrome rims weigh? I am going to be needing to replace mine soon and wanted to find some that would be slightly lighter.

i found a set of 15" aftermarkets off a sunfire that fit perfectly.
