The copyright laws of the United States, codified at Title 17 of the U.S. Code, and as incorporated into the Berne Convention on Copyright, provide intellectual property protection to a wide variety of creative works. However, once a an individual (i.e., the link site webmaster) expends resources and intellectual effort to select and assemble links, his efforts are rewarded with intellectual property rights in the finished work - - in this case, the copyright which attaches to his "link site" creation.

PTCruiserLinks.com expends significant time, energy and resources in bringing you their daily wisdom. Accordingly, individuals or entities identified as copying links from PTCruiserLinks.com's pages will be considered copyright infringers and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law. Penalties for copyright infringement, including the unauthorized copying of links from PTCruiserLinks.com's Pages, include statutory damages of up to $100,000.00 per act of willful infringement and recovery of attorneys' fees incurred in taking link thieves to court.
